Klaudia and Stefano Sorgarello picked up where she left off. A brother and sister who grew up surrounded by the scent of a working kitchen, the clatter of plates, and the laughter of satisfied guests. They decided that story wasn’t finished. They rebuilt, expanded, and reopened the doors – this time, for a new generation.
