It started with Nona Sorgarello. She opened the original restaurant, cooked with love, and built a place locals called their own. When the doors eventually closed, the tradition didn’t disappear – it waited.
Klaudia and Stefano Sorgarello picked up where she left off. Young, passionate, with recipes in their memory and fire in the kitchen. Today Bistro Klaudia isn’t just a restaurant next to Arena Indije campsite – it’s a family story that continues every single day.
